Voltaic Razor

A real circuit board, complete with surface mount components, is incorporated into the handle of this unique razor.

Uses Gillette Fusion 5 blades.

The PCBs in our first razors were originally designed for mobile phones. However, we now have them custom built to our requirements. The boards are wrapped around brass tubes, before being encased in epoxy resin. After hand-turning to shape on the lathe, each handle is subjected to a lengthy multi-step sanding and polishing process, prior to final assembly.
